The ILM Level 2 (GCSE Level) Award in Effective Mentoring Skills is an accredited qualification (City and Guilds of London Institute) which is recognised and valued on a worldwide basis. This course is specifically aimed at those who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in order to understand and undertake effective mentoring in a range of situations, such as organisational, the voluntary sector, community groups etc.
